Built for demanding commercial environments, this refrigerated counter offers extensive storage capabilities below a specialized prep surface. With three full solid doors and six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, the unit allows operators to store ample backup ingredients securely.
Manufactured in the USA, this equipment is engineered with a self-contained refrigeration system utilizing environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A patented forced-air design ensures product temperatures stay consistently between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit in both the top pan area and the lower cabinet. The exterior features heavy-duty stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, combined with a durable GalFan coated steel back, while the clear-coated aluminum interior and coved stainless steel floor streamline cleaning processes.
