A patented forced-air cooling mechanism accurately holds temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit across both the upper pan area and the lower cabinet. The prep table boasts a rugged stainless steel front, top, and ends, backed by a corrosion-resistant GalFan steel rear panel. Inside, the clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor feature coved corners to simplify your routine cleaning process. Heavy-duty polyurethane insulation is foamed in place throughout the structure to boost thermal retention and overall energy efficiency.
