Equipped with eight clear polycarbonate food pans, chefs have immediate access to chilled toppings and garnishes right at the workspace. The integrated full-length polyethylene cutting board offers ample room for safe and efficient food handling.
Engineered for demanding kitchen environments, the exterior boasts a durable stainless steel front, top, and ends combined with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The advanced refrigeration system relies on environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to sustain cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to maximize cold retention. For optimal sanitation, the interior features an NSF-approved clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor designed with coved corners to simplify routine cleaning.
