Built to withstand rigorous daily use, the exterior features a robust stainless steel front, top, and sides paired with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The interior is lined with NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum and includes a stainless steel floor with coved corners to simplify routine cleaning. For optimal energy efficiency, this unit relies on foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation and an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It also includes a foam-insulated stainless steel lid to lock in temperatures when the top preparation area is not actively being utilized.
