The True TFP-48-18M-D-2-HC is a 48.13-inch two-section mega top sandwich and salad prep refrigerator built for busy food service environments. It provides reliable temperature control and a highly functional preparation workspace to keep ingredients fresh and accessible. Equipped with an 8-inch deep white polyethylene cutting board running the length of the cabinet, it offers an excellent surface for assembling orders. The top compartment comes with 18 clear polycarbonate 1/6 size pans to organize a wide array of toppings.
This unit utilizes a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with a unique forced-air design to maintain steady temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet exterior is constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and ends, while the interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor. A combination of one solid hinged door and two sturdy drawers provides versatile cold storage in the base. It is also mounted on 2-1/2 inch castors, with front locks, to ensure straightforward mobility for cleaning.
