Perfect for bustling commercial kitchens, the mega top workspace provides ample room to organize a variety of fresh ingredients for quick assembly.
Designed for long-lasting durability, this unit is constructed with an all-stainless steel front, top, and ends, complemented by an aluminum back. The interior is equally robust, featuring an NSF-approved clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners to ensure easy cleaning. A tough 8-inch deep, high-density polyethylene cutting board offers a sanitary surface for food preparation. High-density polyurethane insulation provides excellent temperature retention while offering zero ozone depletion and zero global warming potential.

Eco-Friendly Refrigeration: The forced-air system uses 134A refrigerant to hold temperatures accurately between 33°F and 41°F.
Included Prep Pans: The countertop prep area comes standard with 12 NSF-approved clear polycarbonate 1/6 size food pans.
Sturdy Access Door: The solid hinged door includes a stainless steel exterior, a 12-inch recessed handle, and tool-free removable magnetic gaskets.
