This 54.13-inch wide unit features a practical configuration of two thermal glass half doors and two solid stainless steel half doors. This combination design minimizes temperature loss while providing excellent visibility for frequently accessed ingredients. Built for durability, the exterior cabinet includes a stainless steel front paired with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The clear-coated aluminum interior liner and stainless steel floor offer an attractive and NSF-approved storage environment. The factory-balanced refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant within a self-contained capillary tube setup. A bottom-mounted condensing unit ensures easy maintenance access while elevating the lower storage area.
