The True STR1RRT-1S-1S-HC is a heavy-duty, one-section roll-thru refrigerator designed to optimize efficiency in busy commercial kitchens. As part of the Spec Series, this American-made unit is built to withstand the rigors of high-volume foodservice operations. Its convenient roll-thru design accommodates a standard 27"W x 29"D x 66"H roll-in cart, allowing staff to quickly move bulk food items in and out of the cooling zone. By bridging prep and storage areas, it helps streamline daily workflow during peak hours.
Engineered for superior performance and durability, this refrigerator features complete stainless steel construction inside and out. The factory-engineered, top-mounted refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to consistently hold temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. An exterior digital display ensures easy temperature monitoring, while electronically commutated fan motors provide highly reliable airflow. To protect the interior from daily cart traffic, the cabinet includes integrated stainless steel ramps and protective bumpers.
