The True STA2RPT-2G-2S-HC Spec Series is a robust two-section pass-through refrigerator designed to streamline operations in bustling commercial kitchens. This USA-made unit connects prep stations to service areas seamlessly, allowing staff to load and retrieve ingredients from either side. It is configured with dual double-pane glass front doors for quick visual inventory and solid stainless steel rear doors to endure demanding use. By maintaining a reliable cabinet environment, it ensures superior food safety and efficient high-volume service.
Built for durability and hygiene, the cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with an easy-to-clean aluminum interior, complemented by a stainless steel floor and ceiling. It utilizes a factory-engineered capillary tube refrigeration system with low-GWP R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and energy-efficient ECM fan motors. Operators can monitor and adjust the internal temperature between 33°F and 38°F using the exterior digital display. Fully pre-wired with a 9-foot cord, it rolls easily on 5-inch castors for straightforward placement and cleaning.
