Engineered for durability and performance, this prep station features a resilient stainless steel exterior alongside a powder-coated aluminum interior. The forced-air cooling system paired with eco-friendly R290a refrigerant delivers reliable temperature maintenance between 33°F and 40°F. Operators can easily manage the climate using the solid-state digital controls and clear LED display. Urethane foam insulation supports energy retention, while the integrated condensate evaporator eliminates the need for an external drain line connection.
