The heavy-gauge steel superstructure is built to handle the rigors of daily use, complemented by a stainless steel interior, front rail, rear panels, and end trim for excellent durability and sanitation. A self-contained refrigeration system, driven by a 1 HP Copeland hermetic compressor, provides consistent cooling power. Operators benefit from the advanced electronic control system, which features automatic air defrost to maintain a steady temperature range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that a drain is required and products must be pre-chilled prior to display.
