Powered by a self-contained Copeland hermetic refrigeration system, this open display case reliably maintains internal temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The electronic control system and automatic air defrost help ensure optimal performance in environments up to 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent relative humidity. Built for long-term commercial use, it features heavy-gauge steel construction, CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation, and a one-inch protective bumper. Cleaning and servicing are made simple with a removable front grill and removable floor pans. Available in multiple exterior finishes, this unit includes an L14-20P plug and is certified to ANSI/NSF 7 standards, though it requires a dedicated drain for proper operation.
