Keep in mind that this model includes the main deck only, so mezzanine shelves and additional lighting must be added separately.
Built for reliable daily operation, this display case features a heavy-gauge steel body finished in white and packed with CFC-free insulation for structural strength. The self-contained Copevap refrigeration system utilizes a 1/3 HP compressor to hold consistent temperatures between 34°F and 36°F. To preserve the freshness of your high-quality cuts, the unit relies on a full-length gravity coil alongside a dedicated humidity coil. Staff can easily access the interior through rear McGlide double-pane sliding doors, which deliver a tight seal and are fully removable for simple cleaning. For straightforward installation, the system requires no condensate pan and connects via a standard 115V power cord with a 5-15P plug.
