Engineered for longevity and ease of use, this display case features a rugged stainless steel exterior, interior, and a heavy-gauge 20-inch top work surface. The advanced Copevap cooling system automatically manages temperatures between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit and requires no condensate pan. Specialized full-length gravity and humidity coils work in tandem to prevent meat dehydration, maintaining the optimal environment for fresh cuts. Removable rear double-pane sliding glass doors offer excellent thermal insulation and grant staff quick access for stocking and cleaning. Please note that this unit comes with the main deck only; mezzanine shelving and shelf lighting are optional additions.
