The self-contained unit features an endless design configuration, allowing operators to create an expansive, seamless presentation line. It is engineered to operate reliably in ambient commercial conditions up to 75 degrees Fahrenheit with 55 percent relative humidity. By ensuring an optimal environment for fresh proteins, this cabinet maximizes both visual appeal and product longevity.
Constructed to endure daily retail demands, the display features a heavy-gauge steel superstructure capped by a resilient 20-inch wide stainless steel top. The integrated Copevap refrigeration system automatically holds internal temperatures between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit while completely eliminating the need for a condensate pan. To prevent fresh cuts from drying out, the cabinet utilizes a full-length top gravity coil alongside a main deck humidity coil. Routine maintenance is streamlined thanks to a built-in drain and entirely removable double-pane rear sliding glass doors. Note that this unit includes the main deck only, meaning mezzanine shelves and pilasters are optional additions.
