The interior is constructed with an NSF-approved white aluminum liner and a stainless steel coved corner floor to promote quick and thorough sanitation. A self-closing, field-reversible solid locking door ensures inventory remains secure while auto-actuated lighting provides excellent visibility. The system relies on a front-breathing Finless Free and Clear condenser coil and priority directed airflow to maintain optimal internal temperatures between 34 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
