Powered by a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the unit utilizes environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures between 33°F and 39°F. An insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps protect ingredients and retain cold air during off-peak hours. Usability is enhanced by a side-mounted cutting board bracket that supports a 9-1/2-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick cutting board for comfortable food prep. The prep table also features self-closing doors, door open alarms, and heavy-duty casters to provide convenient mobility and secure operation.
