This pizza prep table is engineered for durability and reliable performance in demanding commercial environments. It features a heavy-duty stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom. A side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and high-density polyurethane insulation to consistently maintain temperatures between 33°F and 39°F. An insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider protects ingredients, while the included 19-inch deep cutting board offers an expansive workspace. Four 4-inch swivel casters, with brakes on the front two, allow for easy movement and cleaning.
