A full electronic controller ensures the cabinet remains strictly within a safe 35 to 38 degree Fahrenheit temperature range. The durable construction features a stainless steel and black exterior with an easy-to-clean stainless steel interior. Energy efficiency is supported by a double-pane glass door, magnetic gaskets, and self-closing doors that include a convenient stay-open feature. The unit is ETL Sanitation and cETLus certified.
