The prep table is built to withstand rigorous daily use, featuring a full stainless steel front and sides alongside a white ABS interior lined with a stainless steel floor. A rear-mounted capillary tube refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon gas to efficiently maintain safe storage conditions. Large fan motors support rapid temperature recovery, while an electronic thermostat with a digital LED display ensures accurate temperature monitoring. Mobility is made simple with the inclusion of four locking 3-inch casters, making cleaning and repositioning straightforward.
