Engineered for durability and efficient performance, this prep table features a robust stainless steel exterior and a bright white ABS interior with a coved-corner stainless steel floor. A self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system utilizes environmentally safe R290 Hydrocarbon gas to reliably maintain temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. Complete with an expansive cutting board, a cool air-over raised pan rail, and locking plate casters, it delivers a versatile and mobile solution for any pizza or sandwich station.
