Equip your commercial kitchen with the True Refrigeration TWT-67D-2-HC deep worktop refrigerator to streamline food preparation. This two-section unit combines an expansive prep counter with high-capacity chilled storage situated exactly where staff need it. By offering both drawer and door compartments, it accommodates bulk ingredients efficiently. This deep cabinet design minimizes trips to main coolers, letting chefs sustain their workflow during peak service.
Manufactured in the USA, this durable unit features a stainless steel front, top, and ends. Its clear-coated aluminum interior and coved stainless steel floor ensure quick and sanitary cleaning. An eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system, combined with high-density polyurethane insulation, effectively lowers utility costs. This robust factory-balanced setup reliably maintains internal temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit to maximize food safety.
