Its self-contained capillary tube system and efficient condensate hot gas loop minimize maintenance and maximize performance, helping you save on operational costs.
Designed for daily use, this prep table includes a full-length, heavy-duty 5/8" thick cutting board for ample workspace and 16 (1/6 size) clear Lexan pans, providing organized storage for your ingredients. The vaulted self-closing doors remain open at 90 degrees for easy loading, and magnetic door gaskets are removable for effortless cleaning.
