It utilizes an environmentally friendly R600a hydrocarbon refrigeration system, managed by an advanced electronic thermostat with a clear external digital LED display. The prep unit comes complete with an eight-pan capacity configuration and includes plastic non-scratch feet to protect your countertops from damage.
