The unit is constructed with a fully stainless steel exterior and interior liner, offering exceptional durability and simplifying your daily cleaning routines. It utilizes a highly efficient self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system paired with a coldwall heat exchange system. An intuitive electronic thermostat and an external digital LED display allow your staff to monitor the holding temperatures accurately, ensuring strict food safety compliance.
