The EFI CGSM-6156 Versa Series refrigerated display case delivers an exceptional merchandising platform for bakeries, delis, and cafes. Featuring a straight-sided configuration, this 60.7-inch unit provides an expansive 23.7 cubic feet of storage for a wide assortment of cold items. Its modular construction allows for seamless side-by-side integration with other CGSM Series 56 equipment and corner units to build a custom display lineup. Operators can beautifully present cakes, pastries, and deli platters to effectively maximize impulse sales.
Built with a durable stainless steel exterior and double tempered glass sliding rear doors, this display case is designed for high-traffic environments. It operates using a ventilated cooling system and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures between 32 and 53 degrees Fahrenheit. A precise digital controller makes it easy to monitor the cabinet, while the automatic defrost function reduces manual maintenance requirements. The unit is also mounted on four casters for effortless positioning and thorough floor cleaning.
