Improve your commercial kitchen's food preparation with the Maxx Cold MXCR29MHC 29-inch mega top sandwich and salad station. This single-section refrigerated prep counter delivers seven cubic feet of reliable storage capacity for busy foodservice environments. By keeping essential ingredients crisp, fresh, and readily accessible, it helps streamline your daily meal assembly workflows. The expanded mega top design provides ample pan space for a wide variety of fresh toppings to support high-volume operations.
Built for long-lasting use in demanding settings, this prep table features a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and a powder-coated painted aluminum interior. A rear-mounted compressor and forced-air cooling system ensure highly consistent holding temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators benefit from solid-state digital controls, an integrated condensate evaporator, an insulated top cover, and a deep polyethylene cutting board for efficient meal creation. Please note this is a discontinued item and is available only while supplies last.
