Ensure the integrity of valuable laboratory samples with the Follett FFZR25-LB-RSD 24.7 cubic foot upright freezer. Designed specifically for commercial medical and research settings, this unit features a top-mounted modular Complete Refrigeration System. By keeping the refrigeration components external to the main storage compartment, it maximizes usable interior space. Powered by eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and high-volume airflow, this lab freezer delivers rapid temperature recovery and outstanding temperature uniformity to safeguard sensitive materials.
Engineered for longevity and secure operation, the freezer boasts a full-steel exterior and a robust 2.6-inch thick insulated stainless steel door with self-closing hinges. The right-hinged door includes an ADA-compliant lockable handle and multiple alarm systems to monitor temperature fluctuations and door ajar events. Inside, the antimicrobial white painted finish promotes a hygienic environment and simplifies cleaning. Equipped with heavy-duty swiveling dual wheel casters with toe locks, it offers convenient mobility and stability when placed.
Key Features:
Generous Capacity: The 24.7 cubic foot interior is equipped with four epoxy-coated shelves and can support up to six.
Digital Microprocessor Control: Easily program and monitor precise temperatures from -10 C to -25 C using the digital display.
Advanced Security Alarms: Audible and visual alarms alert users to high/low temperatures, door open events, and probe errors.
Modular Refrigeration System: The top-mounted design keeps mechanical components outside the compartment to maximize storage space.
Energy Efficient Operation: This ENERGY STAR certified freezer utilizes SNAP-compliant, low GWP R290 refrigerant for sustainable performance.
Heavy-Duty Construction: An insulated stainless steel door features self-closing hinges that hold open at 105 degrees for easy loading.
