Present your raw meats, fresh cheeses, seafood, and salads with the New Air NDDC-60-GC 60-inch deli display case. This unit is specifically engineered with a gravity coil refrigeration system that lets cold air gently cascade over delicate products. By minimizing active airflow, it prevents the unwanted drying effects often caused by traditional air circulation, keeping your food moist and visually appealing. It is an ideal merchandising solution for cafes, convenience stores, and dedicated deli shops looking to showcase high-quality items.
Designed for both aesthetics and durability, this display case features a professional black exterior paired with an easy-to-clean stainless steel interior. Operators can rely on the digital controller and intuitive LED display for accurate temperature monitoring and adjustments. Rear sliding glass doors allow staff to easily access the interior and serve customers without hassle. Inside, adjustable glass shelves accommodate various product sizes, while integrated LED lighting ensures everything is well lit. The unit also operates using environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
