Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the system consistently maintains safe internal temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. This reliable performance helps lower utility costs while protecting valuable ingredients in busy commercial kitchens.
Designed for long-lasting durability, this worktop features an all-stainless steel front, top, and ends paired with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The one-piece formed top and rear splash prevents bacteria and food particles from becoming trapped, ensuring a sanitary work environment. Inside, a clear-coated aluminum interior and a stainless steel floor with coved corners make cleaning simple. High-efficiency electronically commutated fan motors operate with reduced heat output, while the slide-out condensing unit allows for convenient rear access during maintenance.
