Cooling is driven by a rear-mounted 1/2 HP Embraco compressor that uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to quickly pull down temperatures. Operators can easily adjust settings between 0 and -7 degrees Fahrenheit using the intuitive Dixell digital control system. To streamline ingredient loading, the two solid doors include a self-closing mechanism as well as a stay-open feature. Routine maintenance is further simplified by the automatic defrost function and four heavy-duty casters that allow easy movement for floor cleaning.
