Maximize your kitchen productivity with the True TSSU-72-12-HC three-door sandwich and salad prep station. This 72-inch unit is designed specifically for high-volume restaurants and cafes that require dependable cold storage right at the assembly line. Utilizing an advanced factory-balanced capillary tube system, it reliably maintains safe food holding temperatures ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can depend on the high-capacity forced-air system to keep ingredients consistently chilled during peak service periods.
Built for rigorous daily use, the cabinet exterior boasts a premium stainless steel front, top, and ends alongside a corrosion-resistant coated steel back. The clear-coated aluminum interior includes a stainless steel floor with coved corners, making routine cleaning highly efficient. Staff can seamlessly prepare orders using the included removable cutting board and twelve durable polycarbonate food pans. Furthermore, the prep table rests on five-inch casters with front locks, enabling smooth repositioning for thorough kitchen maintenance.
Key Features:
Eco-Friendly Refrigeration: The unit employs an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant system with minimal global warming potential.
