The Maxx Cold MVR60SHC Refrigerated Sandwich and Salad Prep Station is built to streamline food assembly in busy foodservice environments. At 61.2 inches wide, this unit provides operators with immediate access to fresh ingredients while offering an integrated workspace. It includes an 11.42-inch deep polyethylene cutting board to support fast and efficient meal preparation. The refrigerated base holds bulk items securely, ensuring your commercial kitchen maintains optimum workflow during peak hours. Please note that this is a discontinued model and remains available only while inventory lasts.
Engineered for durability and performance, this prep station features a resilient stainless steel exterior alongside a powder-coated aluminum interior. The forced-air cooling system paired with eco-friendly R290a refrigerant delivers reliable temperature maintenance between 33°F and 40°F. Urethane foam insulation supports energy retention, while the integrated condensate evaporator eliminates the need for an external drain line connection.
