Streamline ingredient assembly in your foodservice establishment with the New Air NPT-29SA-2D refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table. Built to accommodate the demands of restaurants and food processing areas, this compact 29-1/8-inch wide unit delivers 6.56 cubic feet of dependable cold storage. It includes space for eight 1/6 size GN pans in the top compartment, paired with a generous 14.5-inch deep cutting board to facilitate efficient food preparation. Below the work surface, two solid stainless steel drawers provide convenient access to backup ingredients, keeping your operation running smoothly during peak hours.
This prep table is engineered with a robust stainless steel interior and exterior to ensure longevity in challenging kitchen environments. It relies on a self-contained, rear-mounted compressor system that utilizes eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for effective cooling. Operators can easily monitor and adjust internal conditions using the rear digital controller, which maintains a safe temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. An insulated lid helps preserve ingredient freshness when the top compartment is not in use, while four swivel casters enable easy movement for cleaning and reorganization.
