The EFI CSDR1-27VC-L is a 27.5-inch single-door refrigerated prep table designed to streamline food assembly in commercial kitchens. This Versa-Chill unit offers a 7.1 cubic foot capacity to keep ingredients organized and accessible. Operators can prepare items efficiently using the included NSF-certified polyethylene cutting board and eight 1/6 size pan inserts. Powered by a rear-mounted refrigeration system running on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it delivers dependable cooling performance for daily operations.
Constructed for longevity, the cabinet features a heavy-gauge stainless steel exterior paired with a clear-coated aluminum liner. Temperature regulation is managed through a digital controller, securely holding contents between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The left-hinged door includes a self-closing mechanism and a stay-open feature for rapid restocking. Maintenance is simplified by the automatic defrost system, removable door gaskets, and rounded interior corners. Two-inch casters allow the unit to roll easily for floor sanitation.
