The True Refrigeration TSSU-60-16D-4-HC prep station gives commercial kitchens an excellent solution for high-volume sandwich and salad assembly. This 60-inch unit features a four-drawer configuration that streamlines ingredient organization during busy service. Utilizing a patented forced-air refrigeration design, it consistently holds safe product temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit in both the pans and the cabinet interior. Operators can rely on the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant system to optimize food preservation while reducing environmental impact.
Designed for superior durability, the exterior boasts a stainless steel front, top, and ends coupled with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum interior and stainless steel floor ensure fast cleaning and exceptional sanitation standards. Meal preparation is enhanced by the included high-density white polyethylene cutting board that spans the front of the unit. Additionally, the stainless steel insulated hood locks in cold air and minimizes unwanted condensation over the ingredient area.
