The patented forced-air circulation ensures ingredients stored in both the top pans and the lower cabinet remain safely chilled between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Engineered for demanding kitchen environments, this prep table features a rugged exterior built with stainless steel on the front, top, and ends, along with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The attractive clear-coated aluminum interior houses four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves to maximize your storage capabilities. To enhance preparation efficiency, the unit includes an 11-3/4 inch deep, full-length removable polyethylene cutting board and eight clear polycarbonate food pans. A foam-insulated stainless steel lid securely covers the pans when not in active use to seal in cold air and maintain ingredient freshness.
