The top prep area arrives ready for immediate use, complete with twelve clear Lexan pans in the 1/6 size to keep your toppings highly organized and accessible.
The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain safe holding temperatures. Staff can easily monitor the internal climate between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using the precise electronic thermostat and external digital LED display. Constructed for rigorous daily use, the cabinet features a durable stainless steel exterior paired with an easy-to-clean bright white ABS interior and a coved-corner stainless steel floor. Four three-inch casters are also included to allow for simple repositioning and floor cleaning.
