The exterior features a heavy-duty stainless steel front and sides, while the interior utilizes a bright white ABS liner with a coved-corner stainless steel floor for effortless cleaning. An electronic thermostat with a digital LED display allows users to maintain internal temperatures precisely between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Furthermore, the self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon gas to ensure consistent and efficient cooling performance throughout the work shift.
