This prep station utilizes an eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant system that consistently holds temperatures between 33°F and 39°F. Its side-mounted compressor features front-breathing capabilities, making it highly effective even when placed in tight kitchen areas. The top drop-in section holds up to twelve 1/3 size pans and includes an insulated cover with a stainless steel divider to protect ingredients. Additionally, the slide-out condensing unit allows for convenient maintenance, while heavy-duty casters ensure easy mobility for cleaning.
