The True TFP-48-18M-D-4 is a two-section mega top prep table designed to optimize ingredient assembly in commercial kitchens. This 48-inch refrigerated counter uses an exclusive forced-air system to maintain consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The base features four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers to improve access to bulk ingredients. This configuration delivers exceptional food safety and enduring quality for demanding environments.
Built for daily use, the exterior pairs a stainless steel front, top, and ends with a GalFan coated steel back. The upper area holds eighteen included polycarbonate one-sixth size pans beneath a foam-insulated hood that minimizes condensation. A removable white polyethylene cutting board offers an eight-inch deep sanitary workspace. Eco-friendly polyurethane insulation surrounds the clear-coated aluminum interior and coved stainless steel floor.
