The True TFP-72-30M is a 72-inch three-section mega top prep unit designed to meet the rigorous demands of bustling commercial kitchens. Engineered for optimal ingredient organization, it comes equipped with thirty 1/6-size polycarbonate insert pans in the top counter, ensuring quick access during busy food assembly. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling to safeguard fresh ingredients. With its robust build and dependable performance, this prep table represents a sound investment for high-volume foodservice settings.
Designed for long-term durability, the unit features a stainless steel front, top, and ends, paired with a clear-coated aluminum interior and a coved stainless steel floor. An 8-inch deep white polyethylene cutting board provides a dedicated, sanitary space for slicing and assembling menu items. The forced-air refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly 134A refrigerant to hold temperatures reliably between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Three solid hinged doors with recessed handles open to reveal six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, while built-in castors ensure mobility for cleaning.
