Enhance your commercial kitchen efficiency with the True 60-inch mega top sandwich prep unit. Built to streamline high-volume culinary operations, this refrigerated counter delivers exceptionally cold holding temperatures to guarantee food safety during peak service hours. The expansive mega top configuration allows staff to organize a vast array of fresh ingredients directly at the assembly station. Utilizing an environmentally conscious R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates with zero ozone depletion potential while keeping utility costs low.
Proudly made in the USA, this durable food prep table is constructed with a sleek stainless steel front, top, and ends, complemented by a corrosion-resistant GalFan steel exterior back. The sanitary interior features an NSF-approved clear coated aluminum liner and a robust stainless steel floor with coved corners to ensure effortless cleaning routines. For added usability, the self-closing solid doors are equipped with a convenient stay-open feature to simplify bulk loading of backup ingredients.
