Optimize your commercial kitchen's layout with the True TRCB-110-HC~SPEC3 110-inch refrigerated chef base. Part of the robust SPEC Package 3 series, this unit acts as a sturdy platform for heavy countertop cooking equipment while providing convenient cold storage directly underneath. Its one-piece, reinforced 18-gauge stainless steel top boasts a drip-resistant "V" edge and can support up to 2,000 lbs, making it ideal for busy prep stations. By storing cold ingredients right where you cook, your staff can work more efficiently and reduce unnecessary steps during peak hours.
This high-capacity chef base relies on a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Guided airflow ensures optimal cabinet temperatures remain consistent between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The six spacious drawers each accommodate two full-size food pans and feature heavy-duty all-metal spec handles, secure locks, and stainless steel slides. Additionally, True’s RCU technology automatically helps keep the condenser coil clean, reducing energy consumption and maintaining dependable performance over time.
